Happiness Stuff

New research from that very wise man Richard Wiseman shows that people can make themselves happier by the practise of remembering something positive that happened to them the day before.


So I have decided to take note and record my positive things on this blog..

  • Finally – after much procrastination, I have taken some of my needle felted jewellery into a shop to be sold!
  • Made another couple of brooches
  • Had my friend Yvonne to my house for lunch – good soup, dahl, bread and the conversation was well satisfying.
